Sehr freundliches Team, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Bei Abholung der Arbeitsbühne haben wir eine Umfangreiche Einweisung erhalten. Immer einen Ansprechpartner am Telefon, bei nicht erreichen, erfolgt kurzfristig ein Rückruf. Sehr zufrieden, immer wieder gerne.

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von diesem Service. Als Neukunde habe ich eine Woche im Voraus eine LKW-Hebebühne für einen wichtigen Arbeitstermin reserviert, der zeitlich feststand. Einen Tag vor dem Termin habe ich selbst nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, nur um zu erfahren, dass die Hebebühne doch nicht verfügbar ist! Hätte ich nicht nachgehakt, wäre ich am Tag des Termins ohne das notwendige Equipment dagestanden, was für mein Projekt katastrophal gewesen wäre. So etwas darf nicht passieren – besonders nicht bei zeitkritischen Arbeiten. Kundenservice sieht anders aus!
